Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to support the organization in managing day-to-day business, operational, and administrative activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day organizational and account-related activities.
Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and processes.
Prepare MIS reports, trackers, statements, and other business documents.
Assist in invoicing, expense tracking, payments, and other commercial activities, as required.
Follow up with relevant teams and stakeholders on pending activities and deliverables.
Support management with regular updates and information.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle routine correspondence and documentation.
Assist in maintaining organized records of clients, vendors, projects, and other business-related information.




Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and service providers when required.
Support the team with any other operational or administrative requirements.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field .

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an Account Executive, Operations, Administration, Commercial, or similar role, preferably within an advertising, marketing, media, or professional services organization.
