Job Description:
• Manage builder penetration in the home loan market and strengthen developer engagement
• Track and monitor individual projects to ensure timely progress and business growth
• Monitor and drive adherence to project approval TATs
• Perform project approval analysis to support informed decision‑making
• Implement business drives to achieve defined sales objectives
• Collaborate with Regional Business Development Heads and unit‑level channels for seamless execution
Experience Required:
5+ years in within any banking product team.
Strong understanding of an analytical mindset , and a proven track record in data analysis.
Ability to apply data‑backed insights to business decisions.
Valuable communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to manage multi‑team coordination and ability to work in fast‑paced environments
