Construction Sales & Design Consultants

who understand construction and can help customers navigate the process from concept and plans through engineering, materials, buildings and construction.
This is an prospect for someone who wants

unlimited earning potential without a traditional office or fixed schedule.
The Opportunity
This is a

100% commission-based, work-from-home position

designed for individuals who are comfortable generating business, talking with construction customers and closing sales.
You will have the flexibility to:
Work from home
Set your own hours
Work full-time or build the position around an existing business or job
Develop your own customer relationships and sales opportunities
Sell multiple AllDraft products and services to the same customer
Earn commissions on high-value construction projects
Receive company-generated leads
Build a long-term book of business
Commission Structure
20% commission on sales generated by the Sales Representative

across eligible Alldraft services, including:
Architectural drafting & design
Custom house plans
Barndominium design
Structural engineering
Steel building sales
Construction-related consulting
GC consulting
Construction services and other eligible AllDraft offerings
Company-Provided Leads:
Alldraft.com also compensates sales representatives for leads provided by the company at

$10 per company-provided lead , subject to the company's lead and compensation policies.
The ability to sell multiple services creates opportunities to increase the value of each customer relationship rather than making a single-product sale.
What You Will Do
As a Construction Sales & Design Consultant, you will:
Respond to prospective customers and identify their construction needs
Discuss building projects with homeowners, builders, contractors, developers and property owners
Explain Alldraft's design, drafting,



engineering and building-related services
Qualify prospects and determine which services are appropriate
Prepare or coordinate proposals and estimates
Follow up with prospects and existing customers
Develop your own leads and referral relationships
Work with Alldraft's design, engineering and construction teams
Identify opportunities to sell additional services
Maintain relationships with customers throughout their projects
Help customers move from an initial idea to a workable construction solution
Close sales and manage the customer relationship through the appropriate handoff
Maintain accurate records of prospects, customers and sales activity

Strong candidates will have knowledge of:

Steel buildings

Sales and customer service
Google meet. Gmail, etc.
Experience reading and understanding construction drawings is a major advantage.
Sales Experience
Professional sales experience is preferred, but

construction knowledge and the ability to build relationships may be more important than traditional sales experience.
You should be comfortable:
Talking to homeowners and construction professionals
Asking questions to understand a customer's needs
Explaining technical information in an understandable way
Following up consistently
Asking for the sale
Developing your own leads




Networking with contractors and other industry professionals
Building referral relationships
Using social media to develop leads
You must be

self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
There is no traditional hourly wage or salary. Your income is directly tied to your sales performance.

Important Compensation Information

100% commission-only independent contractor opportunity . There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
Sales representatives earn

20% commissions on eligible sales they generate , plus

$10 for eligible leads provided by Alldraft.com , according to the company's current compensation policies.
Because compensation is performance-based, earnings will vary based on sales activity, lead generation, customer relationships, project size and closing ability.
