Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The role involves managing production staff, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets while following safety guidelines.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets are met within deadlines
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance if required
- Maintain product quality as per company standards
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines
- Manage and guide production workers and operators
- Track raw material usage and minimize wastage
- Prepare daily production reports and documentation
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency

- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering




- Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Basic understanding of machinery and equipment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in shifts

- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems or production software
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma basics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
