Visit the field and approach Auto Drivers for onboarding.

Explain the onboarding process, requirements, and benefits to drivers.

Complete recent driver registration and onboarding formalities.

Collect and verify required documents/KYC details.

Follow up with onboarded drivers for ID activation.

Assist drivers in completing their initial trips and becoming active.

Maintain daily onboarding and activation reports.

Achieve assigned daily and monthly onboarding targets.

Build and maintain good relationships with Auto Drivers.
