Kritika Creation Mumbai is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, and team performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stock handling, sorting, packing, dispatch, and maintaining warehouse discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, segregation, packing, and dispatching orders.
- Supervise warehouse helpers and allocate daily work.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
- Coordinate inward and outward stock movement.
- Ensure orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety standards.
- Train and guide warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in garments, fashion, or wholesale.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience in handling and supervising warehouse staff.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain stock records.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25000–₹30000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
