The role involves coordinating with editorial, reporting, production, technical, digital, and administrative teams to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive work setting. The candidate must have excellent Kannada communication skills, and Kannada is mandatory for this role. Female candidates only. The HR Manager will also handle employee concerns, training and development, HR policies, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and exit formalities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across the organization.
