OUTLET MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily outlet operations and staff.
- Ensure sales targets, billing accuracy and customer service.
- Monitor stock, shortages, expiry, wastage and replacements.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene and outlet cleanliness.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Manage online, takeaway, dine-in and special orders.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
- Check maintenance issues and coordinate with management.
- Submit daily sales, stock and issue reports.

Accountability: Overall outlet performance, staff management and smooth daily operations.
