Trainee Engineer – Job Description

Job Title: Trainee Engineer

Department: Engineering / Production / Quality

Experience: Fresher – 1 year

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or relevant engineering field

Job Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in daily engineering and production activities.

Learn and understand machines, equipment, processes, and technical procedures.

Support production, maintenance, quality, and troubleshooting activities.

Prepare and maintain technical reports, records, and documentation.

Perform basic inspection and testing as required.

Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments.

Follow safety procedures and company standards.





Identify process issues and support senior engineers in implementing solutions.

Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills:

Basic technical knowledge of engineering concepts.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Problem-solving and analytical ability.

Willingness to learn new machines and processes.

Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial workplace.
