We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure that all products (Fly Ash Bricks, Concrete Blocks, Pavers, etc.) meet required quality standards and specifications. The candidate will be responsible for quality control, testing, process improvement, and maintaining consistency in production.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain quality standards for all manufactured products
Conduct raw material testing (cement, fly ash, aggregates, etc.)
Perform compressive strength tests and other lab tests as per IS standards
Inspect production processes and identify quality issues
Ensure proper mix design and batching control
Maintain quality reports,
test records, and documentation
Implement quality improvement processes to reduce defects and wastage
Coordinate with the production team for process corrections
Handle customer complaints related to product quality
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety norms
Required Skills:
Knowledge of construction materials and testing methods
Understanding of IS codes for bricks, blocks, and pavers
Basic knowledge of mix design and curing processes
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain proper documentation and reports
Familiarity with lab equipment and testing procedures
