Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and motivated candidates for the GPay Revisit Executive role. The candidate will visit existing merchants regularly, maintain strong relationships, support Google Pay services, and encourage active usage of digital payment solutions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned merchants/outlets regularly as per the daily route plan.
- Revisit existing GPay merchants and ensure continued usage.
- Check and support GPay QR/payment services at merchant locations.
- Identify and resolve basic merchant queries and service issues.
- Explain recent features, offers and benefits to merchants.
- Encourage merchants to increase digital payment transactions.
- Maintain good relationships with existing merchants.
- Collect required information and update daily visit reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly revisit/transaction targets.




- Coordinate with the team to resolve escalated merchant issues.
- Travel within the assigned area for field visits.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months – 2 years experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, fintech, BFSI or payment services preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payments.
- Comfortable with daily field travel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
