- 10th pass minimum, 12th & Graduate preferred.

- Freshers welcome. And 6month - 5Years sales experience is a plus.

- Basic communication in Banglai, Hindi, English.

- Conveyance allowance + performance bonuses.

*What You’ll Do:*

- Explain card benefits, rewards, fees, and eligibility in simple terms.

- Help customers complete applications+ IPA APPROVE + ensure Vedio KYC.

- Achieve monthly targets for new card issuances and activations.

- Follow up on applications and ensure smooth card delivery.

- Follow all RBI and bank compliance guidelines – no mis-selling.
