1. Install, commission, and test CNC machines at customer locations.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-related issues.
3. Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
4. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
5. Troubleshoot CNC control systems, drives, motors, sensors, limit switches, etc.
6. Carry out machine calibration, parameter setting, and machine testing.
7. Understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and machine circuits.
8. Coordinate with the production/design team to resolve technical issues.
9. Maintain service reports and document machine problems and solutions.
10. Train customers/operators on basic machine operation and maintenance.
11. Travel to customer sites as required for installation and service.
12. Ensure customer satisfaction and proper closure of service complaints.
