We are looking for a confident, energetic & Customer -Focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and understand their requirements.

Explain products/services, resolve queries, and effectively handle customer objections.

Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining customer relationships.

Update customer information, call details, and follow-ups accurately in CRM/Excel.
