Job Description – Business Growth ManagerTraker Networks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Growth Manager to drive the company’s business expansion by identifying and establishing partnerships with companies across various industries for our logistics services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, approaching key decision-makers, understanding their logistics and transportation requirements, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships. The role will involve developing recent corporate accounts, negotiating commercial terms, preparing proposals, conducting client meetings, and closing business tie-ups that contribute to revenue growth. The Business Growth Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong business network, generating a consistent sales pipeline, following up with prospective clients,



and ensuring successful onboarding of new corporate customers. The candidate will work closely with the Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Regular business performance reports, sales forecasts, and updates on new opportunities will be shared with the Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, networking, presentation, and relationship-management skills, along with a strong target-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. Prior experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, courier, or B2B services will be preferred. The position is based in Navi Mumbai and follows a hybrid work model.
