? Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic, target-driven, and confident sales professionals to join our EdTech team. The role involves student counselling, lead conversion, admissions, and achieving sales targets.

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads and outbound cold calling.
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships.
- Guide students through the admission and documentation process.
- Update and manage leads in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth admission process.
- ? Training & LocationFirst 3 months: Mandatory training at the Bangalore Head Office.
- Training includes sales processes, products, CRM, and company operations.
- Performance,



attendance, discipline, product knowledge, and target achievement will be evaluated.
- Candidates who successfully complete the training and meet performance expectations will be transferred to the Hyderabad office.
- After training: Work from the Hyderabad office.
- ?️ Language RequirementsEnglish – Excellent command (Mandatory)
- Telugu – Fluent (Mandatory)
- Hindi – Fluent (Mandatory)
- ? RequirementsMinimum 1 year of sales experience; EdTech experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling and target-based sales.
- Solid objection-handling and convincing skills.
- Laptop – Mandatory
- Android Smartphone – Mandatory
- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore for the initial 3-month training.
