Real EstateKey ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, references, and networking.

- Connect with potential buyers and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain and present suitable residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Handle company-provided leads and convert them into site visits and successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with channel partners and business associates to generate additional business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate property solutions.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers and assist throughout the sales process.




- Drive sales closures and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Maintain strong knowledge of ongoing projects, market trends, pricing, and inventory.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Represent the MoneyTree Realty brand professionally and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management on sales performance and future business opportunities.
- Preferred SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Result-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Retail, B2B, EdTech, or other sales backgrounds may also be considered.
