Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and skilled Packing Machine Operator to operate and monitor packing machinery, ensure proper packaging of products, and maintain production quality and efficiency.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor packing/packaging machines as per production requirements.
- Set machine parameters and make basic adjustments during production.
- Ensure proper filling, sealing, labeling, weighing, and packing of products.
- Check packed products for quality, quantity, weight, and packaging defects.
- Maintain continuous production flow and minimize machine downtime.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of packing machines.
- Report machine breakdowns or technical issues to the maintenance/supervisor team.
- Maintain production and packing records as required.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and SOP guidelines at all times.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the packing area.
- Required SkillsExperience operating packing/packaging machines.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand production instructions and SOPs.
- Valuable observation and quality-checking skills.
- Ability to work in a production/shift environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on the shop floor.
- Teamwork and discipline.
