About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Customer Service Voice Process – Inbound. The role involves handling incoming calls and resolving customer queries effectively. There are no sales targets—the focus is entirely on delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Document call information and maintain call logs as per process guidelines.



Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department when necessary. Meet process quality standards and service-level metrics.

Shift Details:

Shift Window: Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM For Female

8:00 AM to 11:00 PM For Male

Shift Duration: Any 10-hour shift (including 1-hour break)

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory

Experience Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary

Freshers : CTC- 2,64,400/- & ₹16662/- (in-hand)

1+ year experience: CTC 2,96,128/- & ₹19,000/- (in-hand)
