Position: Service Engineer – Medical Equipment

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical or related field

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in servicing, installation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of medical and hospital equipment. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to hospitals, dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation, commissioning and servicing of medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical faults.

* Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.

* Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

* Maintain service reports, equipment history and spare-parts records.

* Coordinate with hospitals, dealers and internal teams for service requirements.

* Provide basic user guidance and technical support to hospital staff.

* Handle equipment from multiple medical-equipment portfolios.

Experience with any of the following equipment will be preferred:

* Hamilton Ventilators

* Philips Medical Equipment





* Mindray Equipment

* Stryker Medical Equipment

* Patient Monitors

* Ventilators

* OT Tables & OT Lights

* High-Speed Surgical Drills

* RF Generators

* Endoscopy Systems

* Sternum/Medical Saws

* Suction Machines

* Electrosurgical/Cautery Machines

* Medical Robots and other OT equipment

Candidate Requirements

* Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in medical equipment service preferred.

* Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

* Good understanding of electronic circuits and medical equipment.

* Willingness to travel to hospitals/customer locations.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and handle field-service responsibilities.

* Freshers with relevant technical education and strong practical knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

Candidates who have worked with medical equipment dealers, distributors, hospitals or medical equipment companies will be preferred.
