Working Days and timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month + TA on Actuals (2.16 LPA – 3.00 LPA + Allowances)

? Job Role:

Customer-facing Sales Engineer role for our NFire Fire Alarm Systems.

You will work closely with System Integrators, MEP Consultants, Dealers, Distributors and corporate/end customers to create product awareness, understand requirements, recommend suitable fire alarm solutions, conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training.

There are no individual sales targets for this role. The focus is on product awareness, technical presentations, solution support and customer/channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer/site requirements and suggest suitable NFire fire alarm solutions
- Conduct product demos and technical presentations for customers and channel partners
- Provide technical training to dealers, system integrators and their technical teams
- Work with MEP consultants, dealers and distributors to build product awareness and support solution discussions
- Visit customer sites for surveys,



meetings, demonstrations and training programs
- Approx. 55–60% travelling is required every month

Requirements

- BE/BTech in any Engineering branch – EC/Electrical preferred
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 year experience can apply
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Confident interacting with customers and conducting presentations/trainings
- Comfortable with frequent travelling
- Interest in a customer-facing technical/sales career

Compensation and Benefits

- ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (In-hand)
- TA reimbursed on Actuals as per company policy
- ₹24,000 Retention Incentive after successful completion of 12 months
- Product and technical training provided
