Location: Dalhousie, Kolkata

Experience: 6 Months – 1.5 Years

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 Fixed + Up to ₹5,000 Incentives

WORKING HOURS

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday: Weekly Off

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates with prior experience in an HR Consultancy / Recruitment Firm will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment & Hiring

• Candidate Sourcing & Resume Screening

• Interview Coordination

• Candidate Follow-ups

• Client Requirement Understanding

• Onboarding & Documentation

• Maintaining Candidate Database

• Achieving Recruitment Targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in any discipline

• 6 Months – 1.5 Years of relevant experience

• Prior experience with an HR Consultancy / Recruitment Firm preferred

• Positive communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of recruitment processes

• Working knowledge of MS Office

• Target-oriented approach and willingness to learn

• Immediate Joiners Preferred

COMPENSATION

₹8,000 – ₹15,000 Fixed Salary + Up to ₹5,000 Incentives
