We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at site.

Manage and coordinate labour, masons, bar benders, shuttering carpenters and other workers.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and instructions.

Supervise RCC, PCC, brick/block masonry, plastering, flooring, excavation, reinforcement and shuttering works.

Check line, level, alignment, dimensions and workmanship of construction activities.

Monitor consumption and proper utilization of cement, steel, sand, aggregate and other construction materials.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors,



engineers and site management.Ensure proper concrete mixing/casting, curing, reinforcement placement and shuttering as per requirements.

Maintain daily records of labour, material consumption and work progress.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the construction site. Follow instructions of the Site Engineer/Project Manager and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution. Ability to read and understand civil drawings and basic measurements. Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry and finishing works. Positive labour handling and site coordination skills. Basic knowledge of measurement and quantity calculation.

Candidates with strong practical site experience may also be considered.

Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision preferred.

Salary₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
