The role will involve B2B marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, networking, market research, and promotion of recruitment services. Robust communication and relationship-building are especially important for this role.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach companies with hiring/recruitment requirements.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Promote Upalaksh Job Recruitment's recruitment and staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Schedule meetings with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new companies, industries,



and potential clients.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and client-acquisition targets.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, meetings, leads, conversions, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent client service.
