The primary responsibility of the Agency Manager is to develop and manage the agency distribution channel by recruiting, training, motivating, and supporting insurance advisors/agents to achieve business targets.

- Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors / Agents.
- Build and maintain a strong agency/agent network.
- Generate business through existing and newly recruited advisors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Train and motivate advisors on insurance products, sales techniques, and company processes.
- Maintain regular relationships with advisors and provide sales support.
- Identify potential markets and generate current business opportunities.
- Monitor advisor performance and help them achieve their targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and sales activities with advisors.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain customer and advisor relationships for long-term business development.
- Track business performance and prepare regular sales reports.
