- ? Key Responsibilities? Call customers and follow up with leads
- ? Coordinate with customers and fix appointments
- ? Understand and resolve customer queries
- ? Explain our products/services to prospective customers
- ? Provide backend support to the Business Development Team
- ? Maintain daily reports and follow-up records
- ? Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
- ? What We’re Looking ForMinimum 6 months of telecalling/customer handling experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good basic computer knowledge
- Confident and professional while speaking with customers
- Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented
- Someone who is serious about work and career growth
- Immediate joiners preferred
- ? Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
