RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.

• Expand and maintain a strong customer base in the assigned region.

• Conduct market research to explore recent opportunities and analyse sales data.

• Establish and manage relationships with government, corporate, and key accounts.

• Deliver technical presentations to hospital stakeholders and provide clinical support as needed.

• Drive penetration into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

• Engage with Neuro, Spine, ENT, and Ortho surgeons to promote HRS Navigation

solutions.

• Manage sales operations, customer services, and CRM systems to track performance.

• Attend conferences, industry meetings, and events to stay updated on market trends.

• Handle proposals, agreements, contracts, quotes, and purchase orders.

• Oversee dealer and stakeholder management to ensure smooth sales execution.

• Ensure timely payment collection and manage the overall sales process efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from an accredited university.

EXPERIENCE

Industry Expertise – Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in the medical devices or

related industry.
