We are looking for a waiter/server for 'The Indian Thali', a unit of Italianoz The Cafe House
Ideally someone with 1 year of experience preferably for an Indian restaurant
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and guide them to their tables.
- Taking Orders: Answer menu questions, note dietary restrictions, and input orders accurately into a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serving Orders: Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, then deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Guest Care: Check in during the meal, refill drinks, and handle any concerns.
- Billing and Payments: Deliver checks, process cash or card payments, and provide change.
- Cleanliness: Transparent dirty dishes, wipe down tables, and reset stations between guests.
