Position: Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryDewansh Marketing is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience and be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Generate Sales Leads

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective customers.

2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with clients regularly to maximize business opportunities.

3. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

- Conduct product/service presentations for potential clients.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Perform product demonstrations when required.





4. Sales Negotiation & Closing

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Reporting

- Maintain daily records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track performance against targets.
- Share market feedback, customer requirements, and competitor information with management.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in sales/field sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and follow-up processes.
