? Job Responsibilities

* नए B2B customers और business opportunities की पहचान करना।

* Paver Block, Precast और Construction Industry से जुड़े manufacturers/clients से संपर्क करना।

* नए customers को company के products & services के बारे में जानकारी देना।

* Lead generation, cold calling और field visits के माध्यम से recent clients develop करना।

* Existing customers के साथ regular follow-up और relationship management करना।

* Customer की requirement समझकर suitable product/service suggest करना।

* Sales enquiries को quotation और order में convert करना।

* Customer meetings और product demonstrations/trials coordinate करना।

* Dealers/Distributors और business partners के development में सहायता करना।





* Pending payments के लिए customers से payment follow-up करना।

* Daily field visits, calls, leads और sales activities की report maintain करना।

* Monthly sales targets achieve करना और नए market areas develop करना।

* Market और competitors की जानकारी collect करके management के साथ share करना।

? Candidate Profile

* B2B Sales / Business Development / Field Sales का experience preferred।

* Excellent communication और convincing skills।

* Customer handling और negotiation की अच्छी ability।

* Field visits करने के लिए comfortable होना चाहिए।

* Target-oriented और result-driven approach।

* Basic computer, WhatsApp और email की जानकारी।

* Paver Block / Precast / Construction Chemical / Building Material Industry का experience होने पर preference।

* Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula और nearby market की knowledge होने पर advantage।
