1. Minimum 2+ years of Tele Sales experience, preferably in Pharma.
2. Qualification: BBA / MBA / B.Com / B.Pharm
3. Positive Hindi,Tamil,kannada,Telgu communication and convincing skills required.
4. Handle outbound calls to customers and clients.
5. Promote pharmaceutical products and generate sales.
6. Follow up with existing and potential clients.
7. Generate leads and convert them into sales.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets.
9. Maintain client relationships and sales records.
10. Handle customer queries professionally
