- Receive cattle feed, animal nutrition products and other goods.
- Check quantity, product name, batch number, manufacturing/expiry date and physical condition of goods received.
- Maintain proper stock register and inventory records.
- Record all inward and outward stock movements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged goods and slow-moving/expired products.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of the store.
2. Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare customer bills/invoices accurately using billing software or computer.
- Verify product, quantity, rate, discount,
GST and total amount before generating invoices.
- Handle cash, UPI and other payment entries as instructed.
- Maintain daily sales and billing records.
- Handle credit billing and maintain customer outstanding records.
- Coordinate with the Shop Manager regarding price changes, discounts and credit sales.
3. Daily Records & Reporting
- Maintain daily sales, stock and collection records.
- Prepare daily stock and sales summaries.
- Maintain purchase/inward and sales/outward documentation.
- Reconcile physical stock with system/register stock.
- Report stock discrepancies immediately to the Shop Manager.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery challans and other documents.
