International Process Interviewer – Work From Home

We are hiring experienced, fluent English-speaking professionals to conduct structured telephonic interviews of candidates on behalf of international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct candidate interviews through audio calls using company-provided dialing software.
- Ask candidates a predefined set of interview questions provided by the company.
- Listen carefully to each response and score the candidate from 1 to 5 for every answer as per the provided evaluation guidelines.
- Submit accurate feedback and interview scores after each call.
- Follow the company's interview process and quality standards.
- Attend complete process and evaluation training provided by the company.

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
- Candidates with British/American-style or neutral international communication skills will be preferred.
- Previous experience in International BPO,



International Voice Process, Customer Service, Recruitment, Interviewing or similar communication-based roles is preferred.
- Good listening and assessment skills.
- Personal laptop or desktop with a working microphone.
- Strong and stable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet work-from-home environment.
- Comfortable working independently and conducting multiple interviews during the shift.

Job Details:

- Salary: ₹6,00,000 per annum / ₹50,000 per month
- Shift: 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM
- Break: 30 minutes during the shift
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Job Type: Full Time

Key: All candidate interviews are conducted through audio calls only. There are no video interviews.

The company will provide the candidate data, interview questions, scoring guidelines, training and dialing software required to perform the role.
