*About the Role*

Jyotish Vitran is an ed-tech platform providing online astrology courses and live webinars. We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS & Backend Support Executive to manage day-to-day operational data, track webinar enrollments,lead reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping across our platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Data Management & Reporting: Create, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets (Lead status, course enrollments, sales reports, and customer queries).
- Backend Operations: Process student course accesses post-payment, verify transaction details, and reconcile enrollment data with sales records.
- Coordination & Support: Coordinate between the Sales, IT Support, and Customer Service teams to resolve backend discrepancies or missed course accesses.
- Database Maintenance: Clean and organize raw lead/customer data to ensure data accuracy and privacy across company spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Live Operational Tracking: Track attendance and attendance metrics for live webinars and update backend records in real time.
