Niksglobal Capital LLC is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive the sales of exhibition spaces and participation packages for our Indian Property Exhibitions, Roadshows, and Real Estate Events conducted across international markets. - Mostly in USA LONDON EUROPE etc

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with Indian real estate developers, builders, channel partners, and property companies, understanding their international marketing requirements, and convincing them to participate in our overseas exhibitions and promotional events targeting NRIs and international investors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop a robust database of Indian real estate developers and builders.

Contact senior decision-makers such as Directors, Promoters, Business Heads, Sales Heads, and Marketing Heads of real estate companies.

Generate leads through calling, email, networking, references, and other business-development channels.

Present and sell exhibition spaces, participation packages, sponsorships,



and promotional opportunities to real estate companies.

Understand the developer's project portfolio and recommend suitable international markets and exhibition opportunities.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and event-wise sales and revenue targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers and corporate clients.

Coordinate with the internal marketing and event teams to ensure smooth participation of clients.

Travel internationally to support and participate in exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and business events.

Attend client meetings and networking events during overseas assignments.

Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximise repeat participation and business opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and international demand for Indian real estate.

Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, client databases, and follow-up records.
