Operations Manager

Company: Acare Logistics Solutions (P) Ltd

Location: Sector 153, Noida; nearest metro: Sector 148.

Main Role: Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily transportation, dispatch, and delivery scheduling.

Handle first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile operations.

Ensure on-time delivery and route optimization.

Manage warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Maintain inventory accuracy.

Manage operations, warehouse, and driver teams.

Handle hiring, training, and performance management.

Coordinate with vendors, fleet operators, and 3PL partners.

Focus on cost reduction and process improvement.

Use TMS, WMS, and ERP tools.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports and KPIs.

Qualification





Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, BBA, or Engineering.

MBA in Operations/Supply Chain preferred.

5–15 years of logistics/supply chain experience.

Experience in fleet management, warehousing, and distribution.

Significant Skills

Logistics, Fleet Management, Vendor Management, Team Leadership, Problem-Solving, and TMS/WMS/ERP.

Main KPIs

On-time delivery, cost per shipment/km, warehouse productivity, fleet utilization, customer satisfaction, and damage/loss percentage.

Overall: This is a senior-level operations role focused on logistics, warehouse and transportation management, team leadership, cost control, and performance monitoring.
