Job OverviewWe are looking for a Personal Loan Executive to handle customer queries, generate leads, build client relationships, and assist customers with Personal Loan and OD services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented approach, and the ability to achieve targets.

- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries related to Personal Loans and OD (Overdraft) services.
- Generate leads through calls, references, and other sales channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Explain loan offers, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Guide customers through the complete loan application process.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and leads.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of banking, loans, or financial products is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, insurance, telecalling, or financial services will be preferred.
