We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and a proven ability to convert leads into site visits and sales.

⭐ Key Requirement? Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Real Estate Sales is Mandatory.

- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain our real estate projects.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate project information.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead records.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Convince and motivate customers to schedule site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and calling targets.




- Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in CRM/lead sheets.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and potential sales.
- Skills Required1+ Year Real Estate Telecalling Experience
- Excellent Telugu & English Communication Skills
- Robust Customer Handling & Persuasion Skills
- Good Follow-up & Lead Conversion Skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate Sales
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally
- Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / lead management
