Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of electronic equipment at customer sites.

• Diagnosing technical issues and providing effective troubleshooting solutions.

• Attending service calls and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.

• Preparing service reports and maintaining accurate records of visits and repairs.

• Coordinating with internal teams for spare parts, escalations, and technical support.

• Providing product demonstrations and basic operational training to customers when required.

• Ensuring proper handling and safety of equipment during servicing.

• Maintaining professional behavior and customer satisfaction during field visits.

• Traveling to client locations as assigned by the company.

Skills Required:

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of electronic equipment and troubleshooting.

• Valuable communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.

• Willingness to travel for service-related assignments.
