Quarterbeat Studios is looking for an energetic, organized and responsible Studio Coordinator to manage our day-to-day studio operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle student & parent enquiries

• WhatsApp and phone follow-ups

• Convert trial classes into admissions

• Manage attendance and student records

• Coordinate teachers and class schedules

• Follow up on pending fees

• Handle parent communication

• Ensure smooth daily studio operations

• Maintain a positive experience for students and parents

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills

• Friendly and confident personality

• Valuable organizational skills

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets

• Experience in education, studios, schools or customer service is a plus

• Must be punctual and responsible
