- Explain product details, prices, making charges, offers, and schemes.
- Handle sales enquiries and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery items.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Handle billing and basic sales documentation when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the showroom.
- Follow company sales policies and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable personality and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery is preferred.
- Previous jewellery/showroom sales experience will be an advantage.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills may also apply.
