Job Description:

Recent Grow Financial Services is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Understand customers' financial requirements

Explain Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Credit Cards, Health Insurance & Life Insurance

Generate interested leads and regularly follow up

Maintain customer and follow-up records

Coordinate with the processing/sales team

Achieve monthly business targets

Candidate Requirements:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / 12th Pass

Good communication and convincing skills

Telugu required; Hindi preferred

Basic English and computer knowledge

Previous Loans / Banking / NBFC / DSA / Insurance / Telecalling experience will be an advantage

Candidates should be target-oriented and interested in building a career in financial services

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives
