Job Description

Natkhat Kids is looking for hardworking, confident and result-oriented Franchise Managers to help expand our Play School, Daycare & Activity Centre franchise network.

The main responsibility of the Franchise Manager will be to find new franchise partners, generate franchise leads, meet potential franchisees, explain the Natkhat Kids franchise model and successfully convert them into new franchisees.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new franchise leads through cold calling, references, networking and local market visits.

• Visit existing play schools, preschools, daycare centres and activity centres and pitch the Natkhat Kids franchise prospect.

• Identify suitable business owners/investors who are interested in starting or converting their school into a Natkhat Kids franchise.

• Conduct meetings and explain the Natkhat Kids franchise model, benefits and support system.

• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into franchisees.

• Generate business through personal contacts,



existing networks and referrals.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly franchise acquisition targets.

• Coordinate with the company team for the successful onboarding of new franchise partners.

Training & Support

No prior franchise experience is required. Proper training, guidance, sales support and knowledge about the Natkhat Kids franchise model will be provided by the company.
