- Lead and manage a team of field sales executives.
- Drive daily and monthly targets for QR and Sound Box installations/activations.
- Generate recent merchant leads and ensure successful onboarding.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily sales activities.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve business targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants and resolve their basic operational issues.
- Track daily sales reports, attendance, productivity, and team performance.
- Ensure proper market coverage and achievement of assigned targets.
- Coordinate with the operations/support team for installation, activation, and issue resolution.

- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in field sales.
- Experience in QR, Sound Box, UPI, fintech, merchant acquisition, or payment solutions preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of local market and merchant network.
- Comfortable with field work and target-based sales.
- Should have the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Bike and valid driving licence preferred.
