- Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Tele Sales Executives
- Drive team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle sales of OD Limit & Personal Loan products
- Monitor daily calling activity, conversions, and productivity
- Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure proper follow-ups and customer handling
- Maintain and track performance through CRM
- Improve team discipline and efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of OD Limit , Balance Transfer & Personal Loan
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- CRM handling experience
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Experience:Minimum 1 in Loan Sales (NBFC / Banking / DSA)
- At least 1 year experience as Team Leader / Senior Role
