CNC PROGRAMMER CUM OPERATOR

Location: Pattaravakkam, Ambattur, Chennai

Experience: 3–7 Years | Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Tool & Die

Job Description:

* Program, set and operate CNC Turning / CNC Lathe machines.

* Robust knowledge of G-code, M-code, tooling and cutting parameters.

* Read 2D drawings, tolerances and machining requirements.

* Handle tool setting, work offsets, job setting and program prove-out.

* Machine precision components for Jigs, Fixtures & Automation machines.

* Perform in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, etc.

* Monitor tool wear and make necessary corrections.

* Troubleshoot basic machining and programming issues.

* Maintain accuracy, quality, productivity and 5S.

Preferred: Experience in Tool Room / Jigs & Fixtures / SPM / Automation.

Controls: Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi – added advantage.
