Earning Potential: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month*

About the Role :We are looking for energetic and communication-focused Business Associates to promote and onboard customers for Bajaj NCMC Metro Cards at metro stations.

The role involves directly interacting with commuters, explaining the benefits of the NCMC card, assisting interested customers with onboarding, and developing a strong customer network.

- Key Responsibilities : Interact with commuters and metro passengers.
- Promote and explain the benefits of Bajaj NCMC Cards.
- Identify and approach potential customers at metro stations.
- Assist customers through the card onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong customer network.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales and onboarding targets.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.




- Maintain basic records and report daily performance to the team.
- Candidate Requirements :Minimum 10th / 12th pass/College students .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with new people.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with sales, field marketing, customer service, or business development experience will be an advantage.
