JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SALES ASSOCIATE

Position: Field Sales Associate

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Sales

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Location: Different Districts & Cities across Bihar & Jharkhand

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Mentors Eduserv is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting field visits, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets across the allotted territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and other sales activities.
- Visit schools, coaching institutes, educational organizations, and potential clients as required.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with customers and business partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery of confirmed business.
- Submit regular field visit and sales performance reports to the reporting manager.





Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sales is mandatory.
- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts and cities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of Google Forms, MS Office, and digital reporting tools will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Education Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Institutional Sales will be preferred.
