Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise residential/commercial construction projects from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong project execution skills, proven leadership experience, and mandatory hands-on experience with Mivan formwork.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute construction projects within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Lead the complete project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.

Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and progress reports.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.

Coordinate structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and other construction activities.

Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor Mivan/formwork activities, including planning, execution, coordination, and cycle-time optimization.

Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and statutory requirements.

Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.





Review contractor performance, productivity, and work quality.

Track project costs and support effective cost-control measures.

Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and records.

Coordinate with senior management and provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.

Ensure timely completion and successful handover of the project.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the construction industry.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

Mandatory experience in high-rise residential and/or commercial projects.

Mivan experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of high-rise construction methodologies and project execution.

Experience in managing large teams, contractors, and multiple project stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, quality control, and site execution.

Excellent leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Solid knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Proven ability to manage projects under tight deadlines.

Strong commercial and cost-control awareness.

Willingness to work at project sites and manage project requirements effectively.
