Operations Executive & Manager – Freight Forwarding & Shipping

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Job Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day Air & Sea Freight operations (LCL/FCL).

* Coordinate with customers, airlines, shipping lines, CHA/customs brokers, transporters and overseas agents.

* Manage shipment bookings, pickup, customs clearance, documentation and delivery.

* Prepare/check AWB, BL, Shipping Bill, SI, VGM, Invoice & Packing List.

* Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers.

* Coordinate factory pickup, CFS/ICD, port/airport movement and final delivery.

* Handle DAP/DDU and door-to-door shipments where required.

* Coordinate with overseas agents for pre-alerts, destination clearance and delivery.

* Resolve operational issues, delays and documentation discrepancies.





* Maintain shipment records, MIS and operational reports.

* Coordinate with Accounts/Pricing teams regarding shipment-related charges and vendor invoices.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate preferred with 1–3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping/Logistics.

* Good knowledge of Air & Sea Freight operations and export documentation.

* Knowledge of LCL/FCL, AWB/BL, Customs Clearance and Incoterms preferred.

* Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Email.

* Robust attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
